Paipo nas Pedras

Perfect Serve

The ice clinks in the glass like stones—“pedras,” smooth and cold. Paipo Coastal Gin rolls over them, crisp, wild, untamed. Like waves kissing the shore. A sip. Bright citrus, wild helichrysum, a whisper of salt air. Pure coast. Simple. True. Perfect.

How to master your “Paipo on the Rocks”

  1. You take a Highball glass. Because you know what you're doing.
  2. Ice — lots of it. No hesitation.
  3. Half a fresh lemon. Squeeze it straight in.
  4. Then — 45 ml of Paipo. Cold. Clean.
  5. Pedras Limão — half a bottle ~125 ml.
  6. One gentle stir with a bar spoon. No drama. Just finesse.
  7. Top it off with half a slice of grapefruit or lemon. Sharp. Elegant.

You take a sip. And just like that — everything clicks into place.

Don't feel pressured to have a drink just because everyone else is. Peer pressure can be tough to resist, and before you know it, a few drinks can turn into too many. Remember, no matter what your friends are doing, you don’t have to go all out with the drinks. Always think for yourself.
